As an agent under an Advance Directive or Health Care Power of Attorney, our role is to ensure that your health care wishes are respected and followed. We work with providers and family to protect those wishes, as defined in the authorizing document.

Our work as an agent is defined by the authorizing document. If you have a health care advance directive, we will work with your current team to ensure we are able to best respect your wishes. If you don’t, we will work with you to create this document to define your care goals.

At a client’s direction, we can coordinate funeral and memorial planning, working with funeral homes and other partners. We can also organize memorial services and celebrations of life, so you know your final wishes come to fruition.
