It is a program we began for individuals who are planning and want to reserve our services for later in time. You designate Athena Advocacy for a role you will eventually need filled: executor, trustee, agent under power of attorney (financial or healthcare). We do the preparation now rather than later. That means complete onboarding of the necessary information we need to execute your wishes for the role you engaged us for. The secure retention of your records, a client portal, meetings with you and your team keeps everything current.

When the day comes that authority is triggered (you decide the triggering event – incapacitation, death of a spouse, etc.), we are not starting from a blank page. We are already prepared to act, and the reservation converts to an active engagement at our standard hourly rates.

Everything required to keep your reservation truly ready: communication and meetings with the team, maintaining and updating your information, coordinating with your care team and providers to ensure details are up to date, secure storage and protection of your data. It is also a time for you to access your Reservation of Services Concierge and Salesforce Administrator and interact and learn from us and others in the Athena community via events. You will not receive another invoice from us until you choose to activate our services.

The client portal is a place where you store, file, and update important information so when you activate us, we are ready to serve you and have all the necessary information. We have made a recent addition, just for you: Will Casela, our new Salesforce Administrator, who joined us full-time who is here to help you set up your portal, with the accompanying security details to ensure cybersecurity. He can also help set up proxy access for your information if you want someone to have access to that information, only with your permission. Savannah is our new Reservation of Services Concierge, a brand-new position we created exclusively for clients like you. She is available for anything you need. We hired a dedicated Salesforce Administrator, and one of their first assignments is your portal. You can expect simpler, more secure login, easier navigation, and a much easier way to keep your information up to date. We will notify you as improvements roll out and no action is needed from you.
